Herald is a character in Frogger: Helmet Chaos.

Description

Herald seems to be a heron wearing a dark red and blue ensemble with a similarly colored hat. He acts as a tax collector, and waits on the road to Starfish Beach and charges anyone traveling along it in order to pass through.

Frogger encounters him on the road of Starfish Beach, and Herald tells him he'll have to pay the toll to pass.
